Startups ignite transformation
Every launch and every hypothesis tested shapes a methodology that empowers startups to create real value for people and the market.
The start of a bigger story
The journey into startups didn’t begin in business—it started with building.
I built products, wrote code, crafted designs, trained models, and set up servers. Experience quickly showed me that users won’t discover a product on their own—promotion is essential. By experimenting and testing, communities formed, donations came in, subscriptions followed. One key insight: listen to the audience, understand the customer profile, and learn how to reach and connect with them. Exploring and validating ideas became the driving force for supporting startups on Product Radar and Product Hunt.
The secret to promotion lies in giving back
Over time, it became clear that visible results aren’t accidental—they stem from a well-structured launch strategy, where even negative outcomes can teach. I supported
Success isn’t measured only by the products of the day, week, or month—it’s measured by the founder achieving their goals. Sometimes launches were delayed until the first sale, metrics, and profile of paying users were understood, to avoid repeating others’ mistakes.
Gathering knowledge about what makes promotion successful sparked a goal: to help startups become the best version of themselves, regardless of circumstances or starting variables.
Recognizing the limits
At the same time, I participated in meetups, demo days, conferences, and pitch sessions, connecting with founders, investors, and representatives from funds and accelerators. I witnessed dozens of launch stories, failures, and rare successes. At some point, it became clear that hands-on experience alone wasn’t enough. Without a systematic understanding of how to find ideas, test hypotheses, engage with the market, and build a business model, experience remains fragmented. It was obvious that this knowledge needed to be structured and deepened.

Wlad Radchenko
Since the beginning of 2026, I embarked on a structured journey with the Venture Creation Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, to develop my own methodology for launching and promoting startups.
